Employing CAD Construction/Adrian to oversee the building of our home was the best decision we could have made.

From start (it was a tear-down) to finish, Adrian took a leadership role. Working with someone we could trust was essential since we lived in a different country throughout the build. He is skilled in interpreting and realising the vision of his clients. His attention to detail was evident at all stages. Where executive decisions had to be made in our absence, he always got it right. We appreciated his no-nonsense, professional approach to getting the job done and sensed that he had our backs.
