We bought a very tired little 3-bedroomed house in Silvertree Estate as a holiday home, near my daughter & grandchildren. After seeing the extensive renovations she had done on her home by CAD Construction, we decided to go with the same builders.
The house was reduced to its outer shell & we went ahead with substantial renovations, this couldn’t have been achieved without the invaluable advice & input from Adrian & Jo, from the initial design through to completion of the project. We live in Umhlanga, so a lot of our ‘site’ meetings were done virtually but renovations were still completed within our time frame & on budget.
